Terms and Conditions


Sliding Door Pro – Terms & Conditions

By scheduling, approving, or receiving services from Sliding Door Pro, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.


1. Scope of Services

Sliding Door Pro provides sliding door repair, installation, maintenance, roller replacement, track repair, lock replacement, screen door repair, and related services. Any work outside the original estimate may require additional approval and charges.

2. Estimates

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional repairs or materials discovered during the project may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Sliding Door Pro provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on labor performed by our technicians. Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

6. Existing Conditions

Sliding Door Pro is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, hidden defects, water intrusion, foundation movement, or damage caused by previous repairs or installations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed. Sliding Door Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Customer Responsibility

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, pets, or other obstacles may result in additional charges.

9. Materials and Parts

Parts installed by Sliding Door Pro become the property of the customer once full payment is received. Special-order parts are non-refundable.

10. Photos and Documentation

Sliding Door Pro may take photos of work areas before and after service for documentation, warranty purposes, and marketing. No personal information or identifying details will be shared without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

12. Acceptance

Scheduling an appointment, signing an estimate, approving a quote, or accepting services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Similar home-service agreements commonly include payment, warranty, liability, and acceptance provisions.

Return and Refund Policy

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Sliding Door Pro

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

At Sliding Door Pro, we strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services and custom-installed parts, the following Return and Refund Policy applies:

Service Fees

Service call fees, diagnostic fees, labor charges, and completed services are non-refundable once the work has been performed.

Installed Parts & Materials

Parts and materials that have been installed are non-refundable. Any manufacturer warranty on parts will be honored according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Special Order Items

Special-order, custom, or non-stock parts purchased specifically for a customer's project are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be rescheduled at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits

Deposits paid for special-order materials, custom parts, or large projects are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

Warranty Claims

If an issue arises due to our workmanship within the warranty period, Sliding Door Pro will inspect the work and, if covered, perform the necessary corrections at no additional labor cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Payment was made in error. 
  • Sliding Door Pro is unable to perform the agreed service. 
  • A refund is approved in writing by management.
